Add details about prospective sales, such as adding multiple products and services; anticipated revenue from each item; cost to business; and identify revenue type (one-time or recurring), in order to forecast total revenue to be earned from the opportunity.


Quickly convert successful opportunities into quotes for customers. The opportunity-to-quote process is streamlined to be user-friendly and time-efficient. All quotes created from an opportunity link you to the opportunity profile and vice-versa, allowing you to easily access relevant information.

Directly create quotes from an opportunity and easily associate related items for quick access. Related Items can include an order, project, quote, another opportunity and contract.


View a summary of forecasted revenue, including revenue forecast by currency; recurrence; and opportunity stage. Filter the summary view by several attributes such as stage; currency; account manager and group by customer or stage to gain valuable insight into profit earnings, fruitful opportunities and areas that need improvement.


Create and view notes for each opportunity, with relevant documents/attachments, centralizing the information and making it easier to share across your organization. For each note, you can restrict access to selected users.
