Sales Executive (Telecoms, Enterprise & SME’s)

Summary

The Sales Representative is responsible for generating leads, advancing the sales process, closing new business and achieving/assisting in the achievement of opportunity-based sales quotas. The Sales Representative will conduct research to identify leads and reach business targets through telephone, email, webinar and in person. This individual will also actively participate in the planning and execution of company marketing activities providing vital input based on his/her interactions with prospects.

Job Duties
  • Cold-call prospects and actively generate leads by external networking sources.· Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts.
  • Identify decision makers within targeted leads to begin sales process.
  • Penetrate all targeted accounts and radiate sales from within client base.
  • Collaborate with appropriate team members to determine necessary strategic sales approaches
  • Create and deliver qualified opportunities to other team members
  • Maintain and expand the company’s database of prospects.
  • Ensure active follow-up with appropriate team members with calls-to-action, dates, complete profile information, sources, etc.
  • Set up and deliver sales presentations, product/service demonstrations, and other sales actions
  • Assist in creating RFP responses to potential clients.
  • Where necessary, support marketing efforts such as trade shows, exhibits, and other events.
  • Make outbound follow-up calls to existing clients via telephone and email cross-sell and up-sell.
  • Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect calls and convert into sales.
  • Overcome objections of prospective customers.
  • Emphasize product/service features and benefits, quote prices, discuss credit terms, and prepare sales order forms and/or reports.
  • Enter new customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate database.
  • Attend periodic market events where applicable.
  • Appropriately communicate brand identity and corporate position.
Requirements
  • University or college degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
  • 5+ years of direct work experience in a sale capacity with reference credentials to support.
  • Demonstrated ability to convert prospects and close deals and achieve sales quotas
  • Solid experience in opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, call control, account development, and time management.
  • Success in qualifying opportunities involving multiple key decision makers.
  • Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques.
  • Strong problem identification and objections resolution skills.
  • Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers.
  • Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent listening skills.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
  • Ability to occasionally travel and attend sales events or exhibits.
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
  • High level of integrity and work ethic.
  • Experience with SaaS based CRM, OSS/BSS, ERP and Business Management software.

Front-end Developer

Responsibilities

  • Build new features for the Kloudville application
  • Assist with extending application infrastructure as needed
  • Diagnose and resolve issues

Qualities we value

  • 3+ years of experience in web development
  • Excellent plain JavaScript skills
  • Excellent understanding of and experience with object-oriented principles
  • Experience building large single page web applications
  • Strong understanding of and appreciation for code quality

UI/UX Designer

Responsibilities

  • Design the user experience and visual aspects of new features
  • Experience producing user interface mockups in Sketch, Photoshop or Illustrator
  • Design and implement new themes for the Kloudville application
  • Collaborate with development team to style the application after design has been implemented
  • Maintain well-structured CSS and SCSS
  • Style print materials such as: presentations, documents, manuals and email templates to maintain consistent and professional branding

Qualities we value

  • Knowledge of user-centered design principles and the ability to craft superior user experiences
  • Excellent visual design skills
  • Experience in web-design, including writing CSS
  • Experience with creating vector graphics
  • Knowledge of SCSS or other CSS pre-processors is a bonus
